One of my favorite guitarists, my former teacher, and all around nice guy. Check out his recordssome of our finest work. And Dennis Chambers on drums!
|

|
Cool, retro/roots/alt-country/how-many-genres-can-you-run-together band. Nice production. John Grant on bass and some guitar.

|
Driving pop, slight progressive influence, strong vocals. Check out the Secret Sound reference under press or reviews (who can remember?)

Awesome rock n roll singer with roots in classic rock makes alt-country-rock record. Great sounding stuff featuring John Thomakos, Mookie Siegel, and Tracey Tiernanthe Secret Sound All Star Session Band, and of course John G. all over the guitars. Check out his solo on Lucky 13.

Original singer-songwriter in the vein of Billy Joel. Some cool songs and productions. Generous portions of John Grant on guitar, bass and programming.

Way cool Baltimore progressive group in the tradition of Yes, Genesis, etc., with impeccable musicianship. Lots of vintage keyboards
(including the infamous Mellotron!), great guitar solos, intricate drumming & bass, and top notch vocals (if you like Gabriel/Collins, youll love Glenns voice). We did four albums with them (one live!). Children is still my favorite. And the artwork!

Sonia and John go back to the early 80s and the first df album Echo My Call (on 8 track!). Some 17 years later, Me Too contains some of Johns favorite recorded work. Check out his funky, OJays inspired bass on Opinion #33. The combination of Sonias voice, great songwriting, and the production / musicianship on Bumble Bee, and Good Morning make them favorites as well.

Since we started working together nearly 10 years ago, Karen has been by far the most prolific artist to record at Secret Sound. A gifted singer and songwriter, her original childrens radio program is now syndicated on nearly 200 stations! Need childrens music? Check it out!

Rich is a singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist who has won many area awards for songwriting. His music is regularly played on WTMD - 89.7 in Baltimore. As usual, plenty of tasty guitar from John G.

Talented West Coast singer/songwriter in the vein of Jewel. Actually travels to the East Coast to record at Secret Sound! Lots of guitar and bass by John. Produced by John and Mike Smith (ex Limp Bizkit).
